Deadlines to drop off holiday toys arrive

FILL THE BUS

Stahlke Bus Service is collecting toys for Love INC and food for Delano Helping Hands Food Shelf through its annual Fill the Bus campaign. Through Dec. 7 students in Delano public and parochial schools can drop of toys and nonperishable food items on their buses on the way to school. In return, students are receiving coupons for free ice cream cones at a Delano restaurant.

Donations also can be brought directly to the Stahlke bus garage at 105 County Line Road in Delano. Stahlke Bus Service will accept donations there after Dec. 7, but they would be too late for the Love INC toy drive. Food destined for Helping Hands Food Shelf can be donated after the Dec. 7 toy deadline. For information about Fill the Bus, call 763-972-3991.
